Call analytics app by Calling CRM: every call type counted in rings

A call analytics app is a phone app that counts and sorts your calls, so you can see how many were answered, missed or never connected. Calling CRM shows this as tappable rings linked to your leads.

Call analytics app benefits for business phones

Numbers that answer the questions an owner actually asks at the end of the day.

Calls by type

See incoming, outgoing, missed, rejected, blocked and spam at once.

  3. Read and drill in

Scan the rings and trends, then tap a ring to open the calls behind it.

Call log analytics that link back to leads

A personal call counter tells you that you made 80 calls. A business needs to know which of those were leads, which connected and who still needs a call back. Because Calling CRM is also the call log CRM, every number in the analytics belongs to a lead, a client or a contact.

The call list narrows the same way: down to paid clients only, to lost leads, to spam or blocked numbers, or to a single call direction. Any question the rings answer can also be asked straight from the list.

Call analytics app for lost leads and missed calls

Lost lead tracking counts the numbers you called that never got past a talk-time limit you choose: 60 seconds, 30 seconds or 0 seconds. Each number appears once, however many attempts it took, so the list is a clean call-back queue.

Missed incoming calls get their own ring and a notification with one-tap call-back. Both lists can go straight into the auto dialer.

Call analysis on Android and iPhone

Counting SIM calls needs access to the handset’s call history. Android grants that, so every ring works there. Apple keeps the iPhone history closed to other apps, which means the iPhone version covers leads, reminders and WhatsApp but skips SIM call analytics.

Call analytics app example: a Lagos logistics sales desk

ILLUSTRATION, NOT A NAMED CUSTOMER

A freight company in Lagos has 4 sales staff calling importers. On Friday the manager opens the month view: 1,900 outgoing calls, 700 connected, 260 missed incoming calls.

The lost leads ring shows 140 numbers that never got past 30 seconds. The manager taps it, filters to this month and hands the list to the auto dialer for Monday morning.

The monthly trend shows missed incoming calls rising since the new ad started, so the team adds a lunch-hour rota to answer the phone.

FAQ

Call analytics app FAQ

What is call analytics?

Call analytics is counting and sorting calls by type, time and outcome to see patterns. In Calling CRM it covers total, incoming, outgoing, missed, connected and other call types for any period.

Which call types does the Calling CRM analytics show?

Ten of them. Calls in and out, missed, connected and rejected calls, unique numbers, the grand total, blocked and spam calls, and lost leads each get a ring.

Can I open the calls behind a number in the analytics?

Yes. Tap any ring and the call log opens filtered to exactly those calls.

What counts as a lost lead in call analytics?

It is a number your team dialled whose calls all stayed under the talk-time bar you set: one minute, half a minute or zero seconds. Repeated attempts still count as a single row.

Can I see call trends month by month?

Yes. Monthly trends show incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected calls over time.

Can I choose my own date range for call analysis?

Yes. Pick one of the ready periods or set a start and end date, then read it in the Summary or the Analysis view.

Does the call analytics app work on iPhone?

Not for SIM calls. On iPhone the call history is closed to third-party apps, so these numbers need an Android phone.

What is the best call analytics app for a sales team?

For a sales team, the best one links each call to a lead and rolls everyone up to the owner. Calling CRM does both, with lost lead tracking built in.

Is Calling CRM a call analytics app?

Yes. Along with the CRM and dialer, Calling CRM shows call analytics rings, trends and lost leads.

Can call analytics recover deleted call history?

No. It shows calls from the phone’s call log and from what Calling CRM has backed up; it does not recover deleted history.

Can an owner see the whole team’s call analytics?

Yes. Team calling activity is rolled up to the owner’s account.
